The Hendy Group operates a Customer Satisfaction programme through Ford Motor Company, IVECO, Honda, Mazda and Kia. Our customers are encouraged to express their opinions from service received to overall impression of site etc.

The customer feedback is communicated throughout the group. And any adverse performance by suppliers that affects Customer Satisfaction will be communicated to those suppliers in order to facilitate a measurable improvement.

It is the aim of Group Purchasing and Hendy Departments to carry out regular business reviews with key suppliers, giving the opportunity to review the relationship and initiate improvement activities.
