The Hendy Group is proud of its BS EN ISO9001:2000 accreditation; and we expect all of our suppliers and contractors to be supportive of our quality goals and to take a proactive approach to continuous improvement of their products and services.
It is the policy of Hendy Group to provide products and services that fully meet the current, and evolving, needs of our customers on time and on budget. To ensure continued customer satisfaction, maintaining, and building upon, the quality of our products and services must be a major priority of this Group.

The fundamental elements of our policy are:

• Quality is defined by our customers – we must satisfy their needs.
• Quality assurance is best achieved by preventing problems rather than correcting them after they’ve happened.
• Customers must enjoy doing business with us. To achieve this, it is imperative that any customer-facing staff are courteous and cheerful and welcoming.
• Each member of staff is a link in a chain and can therefore affect the quality of the end product or service.
• Maintaining quality requires continual improvement in process – we can always be better.

Adherence to this policy involves every employee of the company. And the Group undertakes to support this policy by investing in people. Therefore, an integrated and on-going staff-training programme will be maintained.
