Hendy set for rally opening role
South coast rally driver Steve Hendy is set to give the Hendy Focus WRC an outing this weekend as he takes on the role of course opening car for the Rali Cwm Gwendraeth on Sunday.
The rally, at Pembrey, will give Steve and co-driver Aled Davies an opportunity to give the car an outing before the pair head to Europe to contest the Belgian Rally Championship.
“It’s always good to give the car a shakedown before competition gets underway for the season and we are delighted to have been invited by the Gwendraeth Valley Motor Club to be course car,’’ said Steve.
