Hendy Van and Truck secures Wessex Water contract
Hendy Van and Truck in Poole is celebrating success in the regional commercial market with a new contract for Wessex Water for all Ford vehicles within its 900-strong fleet.
A six month trial has now become a permanent contract with the Poole facility handling warranty work together with selected repair and servicing requirements.
Until recently Wessex Water has used its own workshop to cater for services and repairs, with an independent local garage handling any overflow.
However after a very successful six month trial, during which Hendy carried out all Ford warranty work for Wessex Water, it has now secured a contract to continue fulfilling the warranty work, as well as taking on any additional overflow repairs and services.
The contract initially runs for one year, but Paul Hendy, group managing director at the Hendy Group is confident that Hendy’s excellent quality of the work will lay the foundations for a successful relationship for years to come.
