Sony DAB - A DAB Sony entertainment system features a digital DAB radio which provides improved reception and sound quality plus high-output speakers that make every note pin sharp. This system on Focus Style, Zetec, Titanium and ST, provides easy-to-use tuning and access to an extensive range of radio stations.
Mobile Navigation - Turn your Bluetooth®-enabled mobile smart phone (mobile phone not included) into a navigation unit. Simply insert the navigation chip, enter your journey details and the phone will transmit route data to the car’s audio system (available in combination with Sony DAB Audio systems and USB).
Dual Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (DEATC) - Select a temperature that's perfect for you, and a different one for your passenger. Focus will keep it that way with its advanced DEATC air conditioning that has left and right zones, controllable by 0.5ºC increments.
Shift Indicator Light (SIL) - An ideal way to help lower CO2 emissions, the shift indicator light (SIL) illuminates for a short period of time to let you know you that shifting gear can be more fuel-efficient. Engines
Whether you are looking for fuel economy, performance or low CO2 emissions, you can choose from a range of engines to find one that suits your requirements.
Petrol - These start with the 1.6-litre Duratec petrol engine and extend up to the 305 PS 2.5-litre turbocharged Duratec petrol engine in the Focus RS.
Diesel - If you prefer diesel, there are a range of smooth, refined diesel engines to choose from, such as the 1.6-litre Duratorq TDCi 90 PS, through to the 2.0-litre Duratorq TDCi diesel with 136 PS. Our diesel engines use the latest technology to combine power with outstanding fuel economy and reduced CO2 emissions.
Transmissions - Manual transmissions are available in five-speed or six-speed. There’s also four-speed automatic transmission available on our 1.6-litre and 2-litre petrol engines, and six-speed PowerShift automatic transmission on our 2.0-litre diesel engines.
Ford PowerShift -
Our Ford PowerShift transmission is an advanced automatic dual-clutch gearbox which makes shifting gears even smoother and more refined. It cleverly combines the benefits of an automatic gearbox with those of a manual, so you can shift gears smoothly without interrupting the drive of the engine.
