Interior Design
As you'd expect from a vehicle where car-like comfort and convenience are paramount, we have paid close attention to redesigning the cabin so you feel right at home. A redesigned fascia, with a host of features, puts vehicle and audio controls at the driver's fingertips, while passengers can stretch out in complete comfort.

Flexible seating
All seats come with head restraints for added comfort and safety, while the centre second row rear seats have ISOFIX anchorage points for fitting child seats. The second seats split 60/40 and can fold forwards, stow vertically or be removed completely for a large load area of up to 3.4 cubic metres. Every vehicle in the range gives you the flexibility to carry people and their luggage in comfort.

Practical stowage
Handy stowage compartments include a front passenger underseat tray and a centre console tray for pens, coins and other loose items. The second and third row seats are split 60/40 and can fold fully forwards or stow vertically, freeing up extra space. There are two roof-mounted load compartment lights so you can see what you’re doing in the dark.

Powerful and efficient

There are two power-efficient and economical 1.8-litre Duratorq TDCi diesel engines to choose from: one produces 90 PS with 240 Nm* of torque; and the second more powerful option delivers 110 PS with 280 Nm* of torque. To ensure you can depend on the strength and reliability of your Tourneo Connect, we test the powertrain and chassis over the equivalent of 150,000 miles.

Twin sliding access doors

These give easy access and ensure there’s no damage to your paintwork or that of other vehicles when space is tight. The back doors can be fixed open at 90º or 172º so they won’t swing closed on you while loading or unloading.

Versatile space
The Tourneo Connect’s interior can be easily reconfigured to allow many different combinations of passengers, luggage and payloads (giving a gross payload of 763 kg). Here are the different capacities you can expect:

• with the second row seats folded, there are 3.4 cubic metres of loadspace
• with the second row seats up, there are 1.5 cubic metres of loadspace

To keep the interior clutter-free, there are various storage compartments plus a centre console with two cup holders, and room for coins, pens and other loose items.
