We carry out contract repairs and re-conditioning of all Internal Combustion Engines. These include equipment used in off highway, construction, electrical, irrigation pumps, agricultural, materials handling, marine propulsion and military support

Our in house facilities include computer controlled dynamometer engine test cells (up to 746kw) with the capability to run on diesel, petrol, natural gas and L.P.G.

We have carried out testing for all the UK's leading manufacturers, including Ford, Iveco, Lister Petter, and are able to offer this facility at very competitive rates on an hourly basis.

We offer a range of re-manufactured Ford Diesel engines built to Ford Motor Company Standards and other re-manufactured engines including Perkins, and most major manufacturers.

We manufacture a range of steer and drive axles with input torque up to 4067nm (3000lb.ft.). We also have the capability to produce the Marles type manual steering boxes for automotive and material handling applications and reconditioning of both steering boxes and differential assemblies.

Our service team carry out all warranty repairs to support the Ford, Iveco and Lister Petter range of automotive and Industrial Engines. Other in house facilities include computer aided design systems and our own calibration company enabling us to carry out all on site calibration requirements.
