Hendy Power was formed in 1968 to supply engines, major assemblies and original equipment components to the specialist vehicle and manufacturing industries. We are a member of the Federation of Engine Re-Manufacturers and are certified to I.S.O 9001 – our expertise enables us to support a project from concept to full production.
Hendy Power are pleased to announce the addition of the Lister Petter Alpha series marine engine range sales (from 20 to 45 horsepower) to their Lister-Petter industrial engine sales distributor status.
Uniquely the Lister-Petter Alpha Marine range of engines which are based on the 2, 3 and 4 cylinder Alpha series of engines can run on up to 100% bio-diesel (B100) and is available overseas with its own bio-rig, capable of producing 400 litres/hour from vegetable oils.
The engines have been extensively tested at Lister-Petter’s Gloucestershire base on a range of fuels derived from a range of bio-crop oils from rape seed to palm oil.
