As a valued Hendy customer, we would like to inform you that our MG dealership in Poole will be ceasing on 30th April 2026.

From the 30th April 2026, the site will no longer offer new MG vehicle sales or operate as an authorised MG repairer. For further details on how this change may affect you, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions below.

However, you will still be able to explore a wide range of vehicles from multiple leading brands in the Poole area. These include Nissan, Škoda, Kia, Renault, Dacia, Hyundai, and BYD.

We understand this may be unwelcome news. While this location will no longer be an authorised MG repairer, we as a group will still ensure your vehicle continues to receive expert care. Our teams remain on hand to support you with any enquiries and will continue to provide the high level of service you expect from Hendy.

Hendy Group £120 Retail Voucher Promotion

The promotion is open to retail customers aged 18 years or over who have purchased a new or used vehicle from a Hendy MG store since 1 January 2026, either online or at any participating Hendy MG branch.

Eligible customers will receive one £120 retail voucher per qualifying vehicle purchase.

The voucher will be issued following completion of the vehicle sale and handover of the vehicle.

This promotion is available to retail customers only and excludes trade, fleet, business, leasing, and Motability purchases.

The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative product or service.

Only one voucher may be claimed per qualifying vehicle purchase.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.

The voucher may be subject to separate terms and conditions set by the voucher provider or participating retailer, including expiry dates and redemption restrictions.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Hendy Group offer or promotion unless stated otherwise.

If a qualifying vehicle order is cancelled or refunded, Hendy Group reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the voucher.

Employees of Hendy Group, associated companies, and their immediate families may be excluded from the promotion.

Hendy Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where misuse of the promotion is suspected.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
