How long can I reserve a vehicle for?
We will make contact with you when we receive notice of your reservation. We can provide a video walkaround of the vehicle, or a personalised video introduction. If you prefer, we can keep the vehicle reserved for you until you can view it in person.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your £99 deposit is fully refundable if you decide that the vehicle is not right for you.
Can I still finance a vehicle if I buy online?
With our online checkout tool, you can configure a finance package based on term, deposit and required mileage. If you are happy with your quote, you can even complete your finance application online.
When will your dealerships re-open for me to view the vehicle in person?
The majority of our dealerships reopened on Monday 1st June. A member of the team will be in touch with you to discuss your specific options once they have received your information.
If I place my order online, can I arrange a contactless delivery?
Whether or not we are able to offer contactless delivery will depend on the status of the particular vehicle that you have ordered. Once we have received your details, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss the particular options available to you.
