I'd recommend Hendy Ford Winchester because the whole experience of choosing the car I wanted was extremely smooth. Chloe Barry saw my wife and I looking around the forecourt, and walked out to greet us. Asked us what we were looking for, invited us into the showroom, gave us coffee, and proceeded to find out exactly what we wanted. We had seen the car we wanted on the Hendy Group website, and Chloe, arranged to get the car up from the garage for us to look over. Whilst this was going on she patiently went through paperwork, which was quite simple as much of our personal details were already on the Hendy website as our previous car was bought from Hendy Group in Chichester.. She explained well the various options open to us, most of which we declined apart from the Diamond polishing offer. The car was brought up from the garage, and we were invited to look carefully over the car. We found several things which needed attention, and Chloe arranged for all those points to be seen to. We then agreed a price for the car, with Chloe checking first with her manager that the deal was acceptable
As we were paying cash there was little else to be done. Chloe finally checked to see that we didn't want to partake of further insurance options.
A date was agreed for collection of car. That whole process lasted just over an hour.
We collected a car week later, having already paid a deposit and the final balance (again with paperwork form Chloe giving Hendy'd banking details)....everything was so simple
All changes requested were carried out.
Chloe warned us that she would be calling us a couple of times to make sure all was OK, and that at some point we would receive a questionnaire to complete.
So I was not surprised to get a call from Chloe the very next week, and then another the week after.
And obviously the questionnaire has just arrived.
