Each month we pick out a Hendy dealership that goes above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. It could be for any reason - a particularly high customer satisfaction score, a great local event or just for continually providing the 'all about you' service our customers expect.
This January, the award goes to Hendy Ford Fareham! The team turned in an outstanding performance during the refurbishments at the Fareham showroom, which are now complete. Led by Sales Manager Steve French and Assistant Manager Pete Dollin, the team (Colin Moore, Olli Tarrant and Lucy Choppen) were instrumental in keeping customers satisfied and comfortable in an often noisy showroom full of dust from the refurbishment work.
Keeping Hendy customers completely satisfied in those conditions was no easy task, while Steve and Pete stayed until midnight some evenings so the builders could finish their work and complete the renovations before Christmas. The results are worth it: the showroom is much improved, with a new floor and offices, coffee machines, desks, chairs and customer waiting area. Returning customers will be bowled over by the changes.
"I'm very proud of the team here," said Steve French. "They did great work in difficult conditions and we're all delighted to be recognised! It wasn't easy but now the hard work is done and we can focus on delivering even better service with our facilities. We're very excited for 2015!"
