How customer feedback helps us right here at Hendy Ford | July 2017

We hope that you know by now that at Hendy, it's all about you - and that means that we take your feedback seriously, utilising your comments to make your customer experience the best it can possibly be every time you enter a Hendy Ford dealership.

Having been in this industry since 1859, we like to think we know what we're doing by now, but appreciate that there may be times when we don't quite meet your expectations - and that's exactly why Customer Viewpoint Feedback is so critical at Hendy Ford.

Recognition for Hendy Ford's customer feedback

Ford Motor Company's surveys of Service Advisor customer satisfaction from the first half of 2017 - sent to customers following their visit to dealerships from the three biggest groups across the south and south-west - were collated into two district leagues, one for small and medium sites and the other for larger and therefore busier sites.

These awards reflect a highly focused and consistent approach to excellent customer service; the awards are based upon real customer comments, making them invaluable.

We are delighted to announce that in the league for small and medium sites, Keith Foster from Hendy Ford Chichester scored 90.1% customer satisfaction, which is the highest achieved in the entire Hendy Group and the District out of 45 eligible service advisors - this is an exceptional achievement.

In the large league, Carl Whittington from Hendy Ford Eastleigh scored 81.8%, which is the highest out of all Hendy Group's advisors and the fifth highest out of 75 eligible service advisors; given the nature of high volume and very busy sites, this is a truly outstanding accomplishment.
