We are delighted to announce that Hendy Kia in Villeneuve Way and Cosham have won the Kia Customer Experience Award 2018.
The prestigious awards are based on CSI performance, a measure of customer satisfaction. Kia dealerships across the UK are given an annual CSI score out of 100%, based on buyer feedback. Cosham came an impressive 10th out of 191 dealers, and Villeneuve Way came 13th, with overall scores of 97.9% and 97.2%, respectively.

Alan Pritchard, Sales Manager at Villeneuve Way, and Gummi Jonsson, Sales Manager at Cosham, were presented with their awards earlier this week by Paul Philpott, President and CEO of Kia Motors UK.
The CSI performance was measured via an email that Kia send directly to the customer on the purchase of their new vehicle. The email questions if the customer would recommend the dealership, asks about the customer service and customer journey, and how the Hendy team managed this process - right the way from enquiry to handover.
