How does it work?

Hendy Nissan's eVision works in 5 simple steps:

We check and film your vehicle
When you bring your vehicle into any of Hendy Nissan's approved service centres we'll conduct a compimentary vehicle health check, if any issues are found during the check one of our trained technicians walk you through them in an informative and easy to follow video for your convenience.

We send the video to you
Once the technician has finished the video of your vehicle it is saved and then sent to your assigned service advisor where it is checked and then uploaded to the web so that you can view it confidentially and at a time that suits you.

You view the footage
It's completely up to you how you view your eVision video. Viewing the eVision video couldn't be easier and will be emailed directly to you. When you have received our message simply click on the link within the email and it will automitacally send you to your personalised video.

You approve the work
You can view the video on your computer, smart phone, tablet or can even come into the branch and watch it while you wait.Once you have viewed the video you are free to make your own mind up as to what work you wish to be carried out on your vehicle. Our eVision process aims to help you make a more informed decision about the appropriate course of action you wish to take.

You gain full peace of mind
All work approved by you will be carried out by one of our fully trained Nissan technicians only ever using genuine Nissan parts. Now that you know what needs to be repaired or replaced you can rest assured that we will hand the car back to you ready to tackle many more miles of happy motoring.
