Hendy Renault has started 2017 in style, being named as a 'Driver Power - Dealer of Excellence' by Renault UK. This prestigious award is only presented to Renault dealerships that excel in going the extra mile - and it's determined by customer feedback, so it's an award that you really can trust.
The 'Driver Power - Dealer of Excellence' is an accreditation programme that seeks to identify, recognise and reward automotive dealerships that provide excellent customer service. It was established by Renault UK and Auto Express at the end of 2015 and is backed by the expertise of the annual Driver Power Survey, which is the UK's largest independent automotive satisfaction study.
After exceeding in-house customer satisfaction measures put in place by Renault UK, Hendy Renault was then subject to an in-depth independent customer care evaluation by Driver Power, where customers were contacted directly to gauge their experience of the dealership.
Hendy Renault's customers came through, as at the manufacturer's recent dealer conference in London, Hendy was presented with its award by Paul Flanagan, Managing Director of Renault UK.
Paul Hendy, Hendy Group's Managing Director, commented on the esteemed award: 'At Hendy Renault, it's all about you, which is why we're so proud to have been presented with the Driver Power - Dealer of Excellence status, as it's a direct result from our customer feedback.
