How do I claim my free fuel/charging credit?

Within 10 days of taking delivery of your new commercial vehicle, we'll send you a link to your primary e-mail address to redeem your reward. You'll need to create an account to redeem - that's it!

What if I'd prefer a different reward?

Unfortunately, the £240 charging credit/free fuel is non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

When do I need to take delivery of my new commercial vehicle?

You'll need to purchase your commercial vehicle between the 25th of May and the 30th of June, and take delivery by the 30th of June 2026.

I purchased an electric vehicle and don't need fuel. What do I do?

Don't worry! We'll provide an equivalent sum in charging credit with ZapMap which can be used at thousands of Zap-Pay enabled charge points across the UK.

How long do I have to activate my unique code for charging credit?

You have up to 3 months to activate your unique code. Once activated, the code will have a 3-month usage validity taken from the date it's applied to the app checkout. This credit can be used to pay for charging sessions at Zap-Pay enabled public charge points. It's not compatible with home charging.

What happens at the charger when using my charging credit?

You'll start a charging session via the ZapMap app: the cost is deducted automatically from the available charging credit (with any additional amount payable if charging exceeds the credit value).

£10 Greggs voucher: Terms and conditions apply. Subject to status. 18+. Physical Greggs voucher will be handed over upon completion of a test drive of a brand new Ford, Nissan, Renault or Kia commercial vehicle, taken and completed by the 30th of June 2026 at a participating Hendy dealership. One voucher per household or individual, regardless of the number of test drives taken. Test drive must be completed in full to qualify. Voucher value is £10 and must be used in accordance with Greggs own terms of use. Offer valid while stocks of vouchers last and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Participants must be 18 years or over and hold a valid UK driving license. Dealership colleagues and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation subject to General Manager approval. Hendy Group reserve the right to refuse issuance where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.

To qualify for the £240.00 free fuel/charging credit, you must be a resident of the UK and a retail customer - excluding leasing and Motability customers. You must purchase a commercial vehicle at a participating dealership, registered and collected by the 30th of June 2026 inclusive. You must be the registered keeper of the vehicle. If you cancel or withdraw from the purchase of your qualifying commercial vehicle, you will forfeit your reward. Hendy Group reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Hendy Group are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that prevent you from receiving or redeeming the charging or fuel credit.


ZapMap charging credit: £240 ZapMap charging credit will be issued through the My Rewards portal and will be received within 10 days of taking delivery via e-mail.
