The Hendy French Open Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The promoter for this prize draw is Hendy Group Ltd.

No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter the competition, customers must book and complete a test drive at any participating Hendy Peugeot, Citroën or Renault dealership between Monday 18th May 2026 and Sunday 7th June 2026 inclusive. Only new car passenger vehicle test drives are eligible for entry. Used vehicle test drives and light commercial vehicle (LCV) test drives are excluded from this promotion. Customers who complete a qualifying test drive within this period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.


One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or phone by Sunday 14th June 2026. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days from the initial notification attempt, Hendy Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.


The prize consists of:

• A 3-Month David Lloyd Membership 

• £500 Fuel or Charging Credit 

• An Official Wilson Roland Garros Racket & Bag Collection 


The David Lloyd membership has been contributed by David Lloyd Ringwood and is a multi-site membership valid for use at participating David Lloyd clubs across the UK, subject to David Lloyd Clubs terms and conditions.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Hendy Group and their immediate families, affiliated companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.


The winner must collect their prize from a participating Hendy Peugeot, Citroën or Renault dealership unless otherwise agreed by the promoter.


The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Hendy Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.


No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, corrupted or not successfully completed due to technical issues, including computer, network or software failure.


Hendy Group is required to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that the surname and county of the winner may be published or made available upon request. If the winner objects to their surname and county being published or made available, they must notify the Promoter by writing to marketing@hendy-group.com at the time they are contacted to claim the prize. In such circumstances, Hendy Group must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


By entering the competition, entrants agree that if selected as the winner, they may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including photography and social media content, unless they explicitly opt out by notifying marketing@hendy-group.com when contacted.


Hendy Group reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
