We had issues with the V5 document and being able to purchase tax. However, I didn't panic because Adam dealt with the situation calmly and professionally and I trusted him to resolve the matter. He advised us on all matters but didn't try to 'sell' to me. He allowed me to make my own choices. Adam's professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and his excellent customer service skills were the reason that we travelled 70 miles each way for two weekends in a row to purchase the car.

I was happy with the service at Hendy Renault Dacia Horley because I was looking to finance my Audi I ended up taking home from Hendy, me and my partner found Hendy on a website and wanted to come and view the car which ended up having a lot of friendly greeting from Thomas ranshaw who showed us the car and let us know all the information about the car and the pervious owners. With looking at the car we was then asked about if we wanted to by trade in or finance this car which we then said finance and we was told all the best information on finances Hendy holds and all the best deals with warranty being able to extended, discounts on the wheels and car which was very helpful. From deciding we wanted to take the car home all of the paper work was explained to us kept us updated on the mot and very fast pick up to get the Audi also once we picked the car up it was very clean inside and out no marks very looked after looks brand new and also finishing all the paper work and informing us on the best information. Over was very happy with the service and the deals the car comes with later that day also had a call from Tom to see how we got on with taking the car home which we was very pleased and gave us his contact card incase we needed to contact him, 5* rating to the service we had got from Tom and very friendly and professional very happy with the car, service, overall experience definitely recommend this place couldn’t have had better help from Hendy in Surrey
