Privacy Policy

The Hendy Group Ltd will not use any information on this website for any purpose other than individual customer care, mailing of product information or special offers. For these purposes, the information may be stored, processed and if required passed to other companies of Hendy Group Ltd. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with legal provisions of data protection.

Denfield Advertising & Marketing Ltd will act as 'Data Processors' to analyse and fulfil the customer data on behalf of the client, with servers holding the data located in the UK. From time to time, customer data will be analysed by Denfield as part of customer profiling and segmentation exercises. Customers can opt out of this if they wish.

Hendy Group Ltd's data is shared with Denfield data processors via a secure channel, which requires unique passwords. Denfield will not share the data with any third parties other than their approved suppliers that fulfil the marketing communication on behalf of the Hendy Group Ltd.

Customer data will be anonymised within 31 days after the marketing activity has been completed.


Blue Cross Campaign - Terms and Conditions

We are proud to support the Blue Cross charity but we need your help! For every new person who likes our Blue Cross post on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, we will download your profile picture and return it with cool dog ears and nose on... as well as this we will donate £1.00 to the charity on the social media users' behalf. This is not a competition and no prize will be given. Your edited profile pictures will be shared on social media and will be used in post-promotional publicity/activity.

Southern Vipers Tickets Competition - Terms and Conditions

Hendy Kia are proud to sponsor the Southern Vipers and, to celebrate them making it to the Super League Final on Sunday 21st August, we have one remaining pair of complimentary tickets to give to one lucky winner! There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Competition is not open to any employees of the Hendy Group or their family members. Only one entry per person. You can enter the competition via Facebook only. There will be one winner from this draw out of three overall winners selected at random who will be contacted on Friday 19th August. Winners must respond to us on the same day and must be available to collect their tickets from our Hendy Eastleigh Showroom on Friday 19th August or Saturday 20th August before 5pm. The winner's name will be used in post-promotional publicity. All competition entries may be used in post-promotional activity. The promoter's decision is final. The competition ends on Thursday 18th August at midnight.
