I bought a car from Hendy Ford Redhill a few weeks ago. The sales person who assisted me was Jack Steer. Jack was very down to earth and approachable. He let me know all of my available options without without giving them the hard sell. I really felt like I could trust Jack and he made the whole experience stress free and pleasant.
The only drawback for me was the location of the dealership; I found it a little stressful coming in and out with all the traffic and built up location. It was especially stressful when leaving in my new car! It wasn’t obvious where to enter as a customer (possibly harder to notice because of the level of traffic?) so I entered via the service entrance? Parking was tight in that area.
Apart from the location, I was very happy with my experience.
