I am very happy with the service I received overall. The car was immaculate apart from a glue stain on the dashboard. Because I brought the car during Covid times I was not able to view the car before it was delivered to me. I contacted the dealership on the same day of delivery and 2 weeks later it has been repaired by a mobile repair man. And the dashboard now looks so much better. However, I am very surprised and disappointed that Hendy Ford did not repair this fault BEFORE the vehicle was put on sale. Had I been able to view the car before it was delivered I would not have accepted the car until the repair had been done. I know I was not able to because of Covid, but as currently customers are not able to view cars before they receive them Hendy Ford should take more care and attention that the customer receives the vehicle in as immaculate a condition as possible and any repairs are made before the car goes on sale.
