Engaging our colleagues allows us to share in our successes and keep everyone updated on company performance and plans for the future, whether that be sales, marketing or people related. We pride ourselves in our transparent approach to this which is demonstrated each quarter at our management conference.
Our Hendy Foundation has been set up as a dedicated charity foundation to provide grants to local projects, people, events and charitable organisations. Hendy Group donates £2 for every retail car it sells which in one year can create a fund of £50,000. The Hendy Group has always had strong foundations with the local communities in which it operates, and the Foundation provides the perfect umbrella for its charitable activities and invites customers and colleagues to get involved.
