The experience at Hendy Ford Tunbridge Wells was good because. Overall it was a good experience and our sales person will unfortunately had to isolate due to Covid and this is when the communication broke down. Hi there was a missing part on the car and while is now being sorted the person I initially dealt with in Wills absence went on leave without telling me. So the branch manager has stepped in and is now dealing with it. It’s a shame as it’s a simple error that could have been avoided as I would have thought a missing boot light would have been picked up in the 90 point check and rectified.
