The Renault Scenic, a legendary success story spanning nearly three decades, is ready to embark on a new and electrifying chapter.

The Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% electric was unveiled last month at the IAA Mobility 2023 Motor Show in Munich, scheduled for a 2024 release.

Carefully crafted, the Scenic E-Tech has been designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern families, prioritising both freedom and safety while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to sustainability.

The Renault Scenic’s journey began back in 1996 when it revolutionised the market with its compact MPV design. The name ‘Scenic’, an acronym for Safety Concept Embodied in a New Innovative Car, hinted at its forward-thinking approach from its first conception.

And as family travel habits and aspirations evolved over the years, so did the Scenic, adapting to meet changing demands.

Today, the latest generation of this iconic vehicle offers an all-electric powertrain option, featuring an efficient 87kWh battery and a robust 160kW (220hp) motor. This powerhouse combination delivers an impressive range of up to 379 miles (pending WLTP certification).

Boasting a 2.78m wheelbase, a generous 278mm knee radius at the back and a spacious cabin and 545-litre boot, the Scenic E-Tech electric ensures comfort and convenience for all passengers.

This all-new, all-electric model introduces a number of comfort-enhancing features, including the pioneering Solarbay opacifying glass roof and an ingenious rear armrest. And the OpenR Link multimedia system features over 50 apps to help simplify journey planning and make every trip effortless.

What’s more, the Scenic E-Tech’s signature sound sequence has been collaboratively created with renowned composer Jean-Michel Jarre.

In line with Renault’s commitment to achieving carbon neutrality in Europe by 2040 and worldwide by 2050, a remarkable 24% of the Scenic E-Tech’s materials are recycled, while an impressive 90% of its mass, including the battery, is recyclable.

European customers can choose from Techno, Esprit Alpine and Iconic trim options, with the top-of-the-range version being available for the first time in a Renault all-electric vehicle.

The highly anticipated all-new Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% electric is set to hit the market in early 2024, marking a significant milestone in Renault’s pursuit of a greener and more sustainable automotive future.
