It's based on the Low and Medium phases of the WLTP test, with an average speed of around 17.13 Miles/h and a top speed up to 47.59 Miles/h. This differs from WLTP Combined Range, which averages in also includes higher-speed rural and motorway driving (averaging 28.89 Miles/h, up to 81.58 Miles/h). If you mostly drive in the city, City Range can offer a more relevant estimate than Combined Range.
