I have a car on order, what happens to this and where do I collect it from?

Rest assured your order is safe with us at the Hendy Group. Our superb team at FordStore Eastleigh will continue to keep you updated on the progress of your order and look forward to welcoming you to Eastleigh once your new car is ready for collection.

I do not want to travel to Eastleigh, can you arrange home delivery instead?

If you have challenges getting to Eastleigh, speak to a member of the Service Team who will be happy to discuss options with you.

I want to test drive a new Ford model. Do I have to travel to Eastleigh?

If you'd rather not, that's not a problem! We are completely flexible at Hendy Ford and will happily bring the car to you at your home or place of work.

Portsmouth may be quicker for me, can I go there instead?

You can expect the same world-class service and family values at all Hendy locations. We are able to offer aftersales services at Hendy Ford Marchwood in Southampton and full Sales & Service facilities at Hendy Ford Portsmouth in Cosham.

What is happening to the team at West Quay Road?

What happens to my warranty on my car?

Nothing changes, whether it be a Ford new vehicle warranty or a Hendy used car warranty we have you covered at any Hendy Ford service outlet.

I have a Service Plan, where can I get my car serviced?

All Service Plan agreements are valid at any Hendy Group location, where we will be very happy to accommodate any of your servicing needs. We also offer a collection and delivery service for servicing and MOT bookings for your convenience.

My vehicle is on finance, do I need to get my agreement amended?

No, you don't need to do anything with your agreement - it is between you and the finance company and you should continue to make your monthly payments as normal.

I was planning on getting my car valued, how do I do that now?

At Hendy, we're always on the lookout for quality used cars for our forecourts. The easiest way to start the process is to use our online valuation tool here
