AFC Bournemouth Ticket Giveaway Competition

1. Promoter – Hendy Group Ltd (company no. 192872) of School Lane, Chandler’s Ford Industrial Estate, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 4DG.

2. Eligibility – Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. One entry per Social Media account.

3. How to enter – Between 19:00 BST on 26 August 2026 and 12:00 BST on 28 August 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) comment on the Hendy Group Facebook or Instagram post headed “Win tickets to AFC Bournemouth vs. Everton”. No purchase or further personal data is required.

4. Prize – Four adult tickets to AFC Bournemouth versus Everton on 29 August 2026. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

5. Winner selection – All valid entries received within the Promotion Period will be entered into a random draw on 28 August 2026, verified by an independent person.

6. Winner notification – The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram by direct message by 14:00 BST on 28 August 2026 and must respond by 17:00 BST. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve winner drawn in the same manner.

7. Publication of winner – The winner’s surname and county will be available to anyone emailing marketing@hendy-group.com within 30 days of the draw. If the winner objects to this, they must inform the Promoter; the information may still be provided to the ASA on request.

8. Data protection – Personal data supplied will be used solely for administering the promotion and deleted within 30 days of ticket fulfilment, unless a longer retention period is required by law. See Hendy’s Privacy Policy.

9. General – The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Facebook and Instagram disclaimer – This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By entering you release Facebook and Instagram from any liability arising from the promotion.
