As you will be aware, on Saturday October 31st the Government announced that new Tier 4 lockdown restrictions will come into effect across England from Thursday November 5th.
I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that our service, parts and bodyshop operations will continue to operate fully for MOTs, servicing and all other motoring needs. As has been the case over the past months, all aftersales work will be carried out in a safe and responsible manner with social distancing, vehicle sanitisation and PPE all required. You can continue to book in for your aftersales needs as normal - by phone or online via our website.
From Thursday, our showrooms and forecourts will not be open to customers.
However, Hendy sales teams will still be working via phone, email and video platforms, providing video walkarounds and phone/video appointments to ensure that whatever stage you are in the car-buying journey, you still get the best experience possible. By purchasing your vehicle this way, we can still give you all the information and advice you require without you having to come and see us in person.
Socially distant handovers will be conducted outside the showrooms in a designated area with click and collect as well as home delivery options also available. Where possible, all paperwork will be digital to limit physical contact.
