What sets e-POWER apart?

Unlike traditional hybrids, the petrol engine in an e-POWER vehicle never drives the wheels directly. Instead, it acts purely as a generator, producing electricity to power the electric motor or recharge the battery when needed.

This means drivers enjoy the smooth, instant response and quiet operation of an electric vehicle without the need to plug in. Because the electric motor alone drives the wheels, the driving experience feels unmistakably electric. Acceleration is immediate and seamless, and power delivery remains smooth wherever you go.

Improved efficiency, greater range

The latest generation of Nissan e-POWER is now more fuel efficient than ever, delivering a driving range of up to 777 miles on a full tank. This improvement makes e-POWER an ideal solution for drivers who want the benefits of electric without compromising on long-distance capability.

Fuel efficiency has increased to up to 64.2mpg, while CO₂ emissions are reduced by up to 13.7%, helping to lower running costs and environmental impact. Fewer stops at the pump mean less time refuelling and more time enjoying the drive.

Thanks to improved engine calibration, servicing has also been optimised, with extended service intervals of 12,500 miles or 12 months, adding further peace of mind and reducing ownership costs. And with noise levels reduced by up to 5.6dB, e-POWER technology creates a noticeably quieter cabin and driving experience.

Efficiency doesn’t mean sacrificing enjoyment. Activate Sport mode and e-POWER unlocks an extra 15PS of power, sharpening throttle response and delivering a more engaging drive. Intelligent regenerative braking

Nissan e-POWER also makes smart use of energy that would otherwise be lost. Through regenerative braking, kinetic energy generated during deceleration and braking is captured and converted into electrical energy. A more relaxing way to drive

Driving comfort is further enhanced by e-Pedal Step, Nissan’s innovative one-pedal driving system.
