Does my service plan follow the manufacturer's service schedule?

No, the plan isn't tied to manufacturer service intervals or mileage limits.

Is everything included in my scheduled service covered by the plan?

The plan only covers the services included within your Service Plan package. Any additional work identified during the visit, such as repairs, maintenance items, or recommended extras, will need to be authorised and paid for separately.

Can I transfer my service plan to another vehicle?

Yes. You can transfer your remaining balance once to another qualifying vehicle you own.

Are all vehicles eligible for the Hendy Service Plan?

No. Some vehicles are excluded from the plan. The following are currently excluded:


  • Electric Vehicles (EV) - coming soon!

  • Commercial Vehicles (CV) - coming soon!

  • Vehicles still within the manufacturer's warranty

  • Vehicles with engines over 2.0 litres

  • Jaguar, Land Rover and Performance vehicles
