Pre-service checks

A rigorous vehicle history check, paint inspection and stamp and update service history log.

Service items

Safety checks including a road test, visual inspection of brake disks, pads and shoes, replace engine oil and filter, and checks on brake fluid, coolant, power assisted steering, clutch and handbrake operation.

Collection and delivery

We'll collect your car and drop it back to you if you live within 5 miles!**

Loan vehicles available!**

We have a range of loan vehicles available while your vehicle is in with us. These are offered on a first come first served basis and incur an additional charge.

Absolutely - we offer complimentary wi-fi and refreshments while you wait with us.

What is included in a Silver Service?

Pre-service checks including checking the vehicle history and an inspection of the paintwork. Service items include safety checks including a road test, under body inspection (check for corrosion and fluid leaks), checking condition of the tyres, brake discs, pads and shoes, brake fluid, coolant, power assisted steering, clutch and handbrake operation and replacing the engine oil and filter and pollen filter.

Do you use genuine Ford parts?

Yes unless otherwise stated.

Are loan vehicles free of charge?

No, loan vehicles incur an additional charge and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please speak to a Service Advisor for more information.

*Terms and conditions apply. Subject to eligibility. Hendy Silver Service is recommended for vehicles outside of their manufacturer warranties. Price is inclusive of parts, labour and VAT. An additional surcharge is applicable for all Jaguar, Land Rover and commercial and performance vehicles. Cover is not applicable to vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. Ford Service Assistance is only available to motor vehicles up to a maximum weight limit of 4.6 tonnes. Please speak to a Service Advisor for a full list of terms and conditions.
