October Used Vehicle Event

These terms and conditions apply to the Hendy Big Used Event offering competitive finance and deposit contributions on qualifying used vehicles. The Event is open to eligible retail customers only and is available for a limited time as advertised.


All vehicles must be purchased by 20th October 2025 and delivered by 24th October 2025.


Finance is available only on selected used vehicles, and finance products may vary depending on the age, mileage, and condition of the vehicle. Not all vehicles displayed for the duration of the event will qualify for any promotional finance rate or deposit contribution.

Deposit contributions are available only when financing is arranged via Hendy and one of its nominated lenders and are only available on selected vehicles. Deposit contributions are not available for cash purchases or finance arranged externally. The amount of the deposit contribution will vary and is subject to change without notice. Customers should confirm eligibility for specific promotions before committing to a purchase.


Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or scheme unless specifically stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.


A free home charger (product only) is available with the purchase of qualifying used electric vehicles during the Event. This offer applies to the charger unit only and excludes installation or fitting costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. The free charger offer is not exchangeable for cash or any other item and is non-transferable.


Finance is subject to status and credit acceptance. Applicants must be UK residents (excluding the Channel Islands), aged 18 or over. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. Terms and conditions apply.

We act in our own interests in respect of arranging finance and do not act on your behalf. We do not assess the wider market for finance or insurance or provide any advice on whether the products we offer represent the best value you could obtain.


We will typically receive a commission from the lender for facilitating your finance agreement. This will generally be a fixed amount based on the vehicle model, or calculated as a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. We will provide you with details of any commission before you enter into the agreement.


Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occasionally occur. Customers are encouraged to confirm all details directly with the dealership before making a commitment.


By participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
